Giving to IPLL
The Department of Indo-Pacific Languages and Literatures welcomes contributions, donations, and gifts including the following:
Monetary donations
Your donations can be used to
- support students through scholarships, grants, and awards
- assist faculty through support of research travel and the costs associated with sending presenters to national and international conferences
- support specific program needs for special projects or upgrade equipment

Donations in kind
Donation in kind such as new multi-media or office equipment, software licences, paid subscriptions to related journal publications, or books are welcome. Please contact the specific program coordinators or the Chair of the department.
Donations of time
Our students always welcome extended practice in the language they are learning and we welcome conversation partners and volunteers. If you speak any of the languages the department offers and are interested in meeting motivated language learners, please contact the specific program coordinators or the Chair of the department.
