Inbound Students
Thank you for your interest in the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa (UHM) International Exchange Program. The following information is for exchange students coming to UH Mānoa. Application materials should be received at UHM no later than:
- September 15 (for Spring semester exchange beginning in January)
- April 1 (for Fall semester exchange beginning in August)
Please send the following application materials (same forms for both undergraduate and graduate students):
- Program for International Exchange Study (PIES) Application Form [PDF]
- UH System Application Form [PDF]
- Supplementary Information Form for International Undergraduate Applicants [PDF] with financial documentation showing the availability of sufficient funds.
- Transcript(s) in English from all universities you have attended
- TOEFL score
- Copy of the identification page from your passport
- Cover letter from your university exchange coordinator
Application materials are due by the deadlines listed above and should be submitted to:
