Traffic on Correa Road may be reduced to one lane at the manhole. Flaggers will be provided. DURATION OF PROJECT: Thursday, April 18, 2013 through Monday, April 22, 2013 HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM During this activity, the contractor may be reducing the traffic on Correa Road to one lane at the manhole. | Scope of Work: The project consists of removing: roofing, accessories, wood stairs, railings, supply / exhaust fans, exhaust flue /cap, roof ventilator, mechanical duct, concrete duct supports, sealants, paint, electrical, asbestos containing material and lead paint. New work consists of installation roofing and accessories, precast curb, concrete pad, concrete patchwork, metal stairs and railing, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, supply and exhaust fans, exhaust flue and cap, equipment pipe supports, sealants, painting and electrical. An industrial hygienist (IH) is providing air monitoring; sampling and testing for asbestos containing material and disturbance of lead paint. Equipment and roofing supplies will be lifted via crane or articulated lift roof periodically during the project. DURATION OF PROJECT: January 22, 2013 to August 20, 2013 Onsite beginning April 16, 2013 HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION: Mondays through Fridays 7:00 am to 3:30 pm All persons in the vicinity of this construction project are advised to respect all construction barricades and all posted safety/detour signs. Your patience, cooperation and understanding are requested as the inconveniences inherent to construction (noise, dust, odors and debris) are generated by this project. |
