Shoyu Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 4 oz Soy Sauce
- 2 oz Sugar
- 2 oz Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinade overnight
- Remove pork from marinade
- Place into a pan lined with aluminum foil
- Roast in a 275˚F oven and until an internal temperature of 160˚F is reached
- Remove from oven and let rest before slicing
Yield 2 ½ lbs
