To qualify for Hawaii 4-H Wounded Warrior Camp:Adventure in Paradise you will need to meet the following qualifications.

  • Youth is going into 6th-10th grade in Fall 2022
  • Youth is a dependent of a Wounded Warrior-ill, injured, wounded (mentally or physically) or fallen soldier.
  • Will provide a letter verifying military affiliation(many options are exempted.)
  • Youth can air travel independently to Oahu (only if not located on Oahu)
  • Youth must be coming from a location where a direct(non-stop) flight can be purchased to Oahu.
  • Youth has the desire to participate in outdoor recreation and camp activities.

If you meet these qualification please fill out camp interest form.  There are 20 spots available for this camp.  This camp is being funded by the US Army and dependents of Army will have first consideration.  If not all spots are taken by Army then other branches will be considered. Camp cost and air travel are included for youth.  Families will need to pay a registration fee of $30 to hold spot.   Youth will receive a t-shirt with this fee.
