Find a variety of publications from the UH CTAHR Sustainable and Organic Agriculture Program for growing vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc. Information is sorted alphabetically by crops and you can find topics from growing the plant to taking care of pests and diseases. High reading level.

- FFA – a community youth partner and a national organization whose purpose is to promote leadership, personal growth, and career success through agriculture education.
- Junior Master Gardener (JMG) – a gardening program from Texas A&M University, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. Some of the activities at the Giant Pumpkin Contest Workshops will include some of the activities in the JMG curriuclum.
