Oahu 4-H and the Giant Pumpkin Contest Planning Team is sponsoring a fun and “Halloween Spirit” event for Oahu youth! Tap into your Halloween decorating and creative groove! Oahu youth ages 5-19 years old can either submit carved pumpkins (prefer giant or large pumpkins) or decorate any size pumpkins and submit a photo of their pumpkin and a photo of themselves with the pumpkin.
