Summer Adventure

Students will participate in a wide variety of daily physical activities in various locations and habitats around our island.

Activities include swimming, tide pooling, biking, hiking, paddling and cave exploration.  Students will enjoy the joys of an active and healthy lifestyle and develop self-confidence. Through teamwork, they will make new friends  and learn about safety, health and wellness while actively exploring our island!

Summer Adventure is available prior to and after regular Summer Programs and is designed to provide daily activities in a secure environment for children in grades 3–7 who are participating in Summer Programs 2013. Students will meet from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and participate in team-building exercises and games. Students will venture out into our island habitat on weekly excursions. Students should bring their own snacks and lunches. The program is limited to thirty-five students per session.
