The UHM Center for Chinese Studies is currently constituted of 53 professorial rank faculty and 5 instructors specializing in Chinese studies in 20+ disciplines and professional schools, offering 150+ courses at BA, MA, and PhD levels to nearly 150 student majors. It is the largest such training and research center in the world outside of Asia.
