Thank you for participating in the 99th Annual Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 15, 2010 in the Stan Sheriff Center. The ceremony is scheduled as follows:

The deadline to register to participate is May 4, 2010.
Regalia Now Available! Rental regalia is now available from the Chancellor's Office free of charge. You may reserve your regalia when you register to participate. The deadline to request regalia is May 4, 2010.Parking: For the undergraduate degree ceremony, please report to the Stan Sheriff Center by 7:30 a.m., for the Advance Degree Ceremony, please report to the Stan Sheriff Center by 1:30 p.m., and park in the parking structure.
Commencement Reception(s): The Chancellor invites you to join the pre-commencement receptions for our commencement speaker and distinguished guests in the Stan Sheriff Center's Hospitality Room at 7:30 a.m. (Undergraduate Degree Ceremony) and 1:30 p.m. (Advanced Degree Ceremony). We ask that you use the Security Entrance as that will be the only door open at that time. Once inside, turn right and follow the signs to the Hospitality Room.
Assemble for the Procession: Following the reception, we will assemble for the procession. Volunteers will assist in lining faculty and stage party in the appropriate order.
Doctoral Sponsors (Advance Degree Ceremony Only): At approximately 2:15 p.m. , please report to the Loading Dock entrance to assemble with the doctoral procession.
Faculty Procession and Seating Section: Faculty will proceed into the arena following the student procession, and will be seated above the stage party in the upper seating areas. Faculty Marshals will lead the procession. Please be on time in order to assemble and process with the faculty party.
Recession: Following the ceremony, faculty will follow the stage party out of the arena and line the hall along the Stan Sheriff Center exit to applaud the graduates as they exit the arena.
