National Student Exchange (NSE)
Registration for courses by National Student Exchange (NSE) participants
The UH registration system does not recognize the course numbers for prerequisite courses from your home institutions for UH courses. In order to be able to register for all courses bearing a CHEM designation at the UH you need to obtain departmental approval.
To obtain such approval please provide by email (office@gold.chem.hawaii.edu):
- your name and UH student ID number,
- name and location of your home institution
- course numbers, course description or course website of CHEM courses you have taken,
- UH CHEM course number you wish to enroll in.
We will give you registration approval within one day.
