Robert S. H. Liu has retired from full time duty since Fall 2005. Currently he is completing an NSF supported project that has allowed his research group to continue to explore mechanisms of photoisomerization and to demonstrate effectiveness of Hawaiian sunlight to produce new chemicals in a very green way. Since 2004, he has been a Tour Speaker for the American Chemical Society.
