– Electrical engineer Co-op will assist the lead electrical engineer in designing electrical distribution, lighting and control, power systems, fire alarm, telecommunications, and grounding for luxury high rise buildings. Candidates will be heavily involved in developing technical drawings and plans for various projects.
-Mechanical engineer Co-op will assist the project engineers in designing HVAC, fire suppression systems, and plumbing systems for luxury high rise buildings. Candidates will be heavily involved in developing technical drawings and plans for various projects. Candidates will also assist in design calculations for various design and LEED applications.

– We are seeking a hardworking, self motivated, undergraduate accounting student, preferably freshmen or sophomore, interested in working at a small downtown CPA firm.
– Willingness to learn, computer literate, ability to meet deadlines, and a self-starter attitude is a must.
– Duties will include data entry, payroll preparation, and bank reconciliations. Also, to include training to prepare individual and business tax returns. Experience with Excel and Word a PLUS.
