Please join us at the 29th Annual Student Employee of the Year Awards Reception!

Show your appreciation to your student employees by treating them to a delicious lunch while honoring all of our SEOTY nominees. The individual and team nominees will be introduced, and the winners will be announced during our program.  And as always, we have door prize giveaways donated by our generous campus and community partners!

Where: Campus Center Ballroom
When: Tuesday, April 15, 2014
Time: Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $15.00 per person
(Note to nominators: cost for nominees is not subsidized by the SEOTY program)
Deadline: March 28, 2014 by 4:00 p.m.
(RSVP and payment must be received by Mānoa Career Center)
Payment: Cash or Checks payable to UH Foundation

Please use the form below to submit your reservation form online; payments must be made in person at the Mānoa Career Center, located in the Queen Liliuokalani Center for Student Services, room 212. This event will be catered by Nippon Bento & Catering.

Once we have received your reservation and payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the contact person listed.  You will not receive any tickets in the mail.  Door prize tickets for paid guests will be distributed at the check-in table on the day of the awards reception.
