Currently we are hiring Behavioral Therapists.

Qualifications include:

– Energy, patience, sensitivity, and a love for helping others.
– Ability to remain organized while working creatively with kids.
– Ability to drive to and between client session locations (most Behavior Therapists are matched with clients located within a 10-15 mile range of their home).

Meet at least one of the following minimum requirements:
– Completed at least 16 college courses (or 48 credit hours), current enrollment not required.
– Completed at least 4 college courses (or 12 credit hours) in any subject related to human development (psych, sociology, communication, education, etc) and currently enrolled in college.

Duties include:

– Work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, helping them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their homes, schools, and communities.
– You will become a nationally Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®), with all credentialing paid for by ACES.
– You will work with clients using industry-leading software on your own company iPad.
– Be mentored by top professionals in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Industry.
