My career started with the UH system at Kapi‘olani Community College Admissions and Records Office. From there I transferred to the Mānoa campus at the Career Services office, then to the Ombuds Office before coming to the American Studies Department where I continue to enjoy working with students.

I had the pleasure of joining the staff at the American Studies Program in 2014. In my current position as Graduate Program Coordinator, I am the primary point of contact for both our MA and PhD programs. I am also responsible for overseeing the admission process, matriculation forms, and graduate requirements for all graduate students in the department in coordination with the Office of Graduate Education. One of the best parts of my job is working with our graduate students – to be part of the lives of so many wonderful young people and to help them further their education. I look forward to discussing our graduate programs, the admission process, and our campus in general with you very soon!
