Advising

Each new graduate student is assigned an advisor. Prior to registering each semester, you should meet with your advisor to select your courses and track your progress toward the degree.

As you pursue your individual research interests, you also will develop relationships with the faculty who will supervise your exams, thesis, or dissertation.

Maintaining dialogue with faculty advisors and mentors is key to success in the graduate program.
